4. After Shipment Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched or handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can still request a return or exchange after receiving your parcel by following our Returns & Exchange Policy


5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour timeframe, you’ll receive a 100% refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours and should reflect in your account within 7 business days.

However, If your order has already been shipped, you can still return the unwanted item once it is delivered and request a refund in accordance with our return policy.
